David Rogers
CEO
Prior to joining Keynomics, David was with Advanced Analog/International Rectifier, the worlds leading supplier of DC/DC Converters for Space and Aerospace. David spent 7 years with the company where he served in a variety of senior management roles. At International Rectifier, David met and exceeded revenue, margin, and inventory goals and improved on time delivery from 50% to 90%. He was also successful in moving 90% of the production to an off-shore facility. David brings 11 years of International Executive Operations experience and 18 years experience working with high technology companies to Keynomics. Before Advanced Analog/International Rectifier, David was Product Manager for Sunflex, a spin off of Xidex. He was responsible for all phases of product development and delivery and built the U.S. sales and marketing team.

Tarny Perkins
Vice President Sales and Marketing
Prior to joining Keynomics, Tarny was the CEO of Wherewithal, an enterprise software company that builds portals for large organizations like Kaiser Permanente. Tarny also conceptualized and built the first payment gateway portal for the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company during 2004. Tarny brings 12 years of International Executive Management experience and 23 years overall experience working in enterprise software and high technology companies. He has held executive positions with seeUthere, Asia Online, Sybase and Tandem Computers. Tarny has a history of building successful organizations, and has led international expansion for high-growth start-up companies as well as established multi-nationals. Tarny also hosted the first IT lifestyle show in Manila for three years and co-founded the Surfing Association of the Philippines (SAPI).

David Apple
Director Systems and Technology
Prior to joining Keynomics, David was IT Director for Retail Technologies International (RTI), a leading worldwide supplier of retail POS software. David was responsible for overseeing and maintaining hosted systems for enterprise customers, and also played in integral role in troubleshooting and fixing customer issues. Prior to his time at RTI, David worked for several dot-com solutions groups that designed and deployed e-commerce systems for government agencies and private enterprise. He was responsible for all network architecture and deployment of systems into client environments.

Walter Smith
Walter Smith joined Enwisen in July 2000 as a proven executive with a track record for creating growth and increasing profitability. Walter began his career at Advanced Analog in 1982 where he pioneered the military aerospace dc-to-dc converter market, creating a new market that grew from zero sales to over $100 million today. The company was sold to Lambda in 1994. After a successful integration, Walter became the President and CEO of AOS, a manufacturer of patented computer accessory and corporate workstation products. After selling AOS to Herman Miller, Walter consulted several high tech and Internet companies for various venture capitalists. Mr. Smith is a founder and board member of iNTERiVE, an Internet-based, project management software company. He graduated from San Jose State in 1981 with a BS in Accounting. Roy Rogers
Mr. Rogers is a private equity investor focused on technology companies. Mr. Rogers has been the general partner of two venture capital limited partnerships, R&W Ventures I (from 1986 to 1993) and II (from 1989 to 1998). Prior to this, Mr. Rogers spent 15 years at Hambrecht & Quist with a broad range of responsibilities that included venture capital and corporate finance, as well as serving as the Director of Institutional Services and the Director of Research. Mr. Rogers received a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
